Sahakrinpheap Microfinance Plc, also known as “Sahakrinpheap”, has a history from a non-governmental organization and started its financial services activities on August 1, 2011 with a permit from the Ministry of Interior No. 1128.សជណ on 27 July 2011 to provide microfinance services, and it’s officially licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia No. ម.ហ.51 on 07 May 2015 to provide more comprehensive financial services to improve the living standards of people in the community and to contribute to the overall socio-economic development.
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Management and control over operational results (loan disbursement, loan collection, and loan resolution):
- Promote the implementation of daily, monthly, and yearly work plans and ensure that each branch achieves the planned targets and directions, including active loans, overdue amounts, and write-off loans.
- Monitor loan operations at each branch and intervene by implementing strategies and methods to assist branches to get high performance.
- Collaborate with regional heads to evaluate the performance of each branch by comparing the actual results against the planned targets.
- Revenue Growth & Business Development:
- Drive sales initiatives for new and existing products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deals to maximize profitability.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies based on market insights and results.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
